Reticle is also called photomask. Its function is similar to the "film" of traditional cameras. It is one of the key supporting facilities for the new display industry and integrated circuit manufacturing industry. Previously, domestic panel makers mostly relied on imports for LTPS and AMOLED reticle products, and the localization rate of domestic 8.5-generation and below LTPS and AMOLED reticle products was relatively low. The official mass production of the 8.5-generation high-precision mask project of Hefei Qingyi Optoelectronics will better meet the market demand, improve the domestic self-sufficiency rate of masks used in the display panel industry, and play a positive role in breaking the international monopoly.
