On the evening of April 14, Tianfeng International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said via Twitter that Foxconn officials said that the Zhengzhou iPhone factory is currently operating normally.
Ming-Chi Kuo also pointed out that potential supply disruptions have become a structural risk that Apple and investors cannot ignore in the future.
On April 12, Ming-Chi Kuo said that Foxconn could support at least part of the supply of iPhones and iPads to reduce the impact of the closure of Pegatron and Compal. "Quanta is basically the only EMS supplier for MacBooks. Among Apple's main products, MacBooks are most affected by the shutdown."
According to reports, due to the shortage of domestic parts and continued blockade caused by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the delivery time of Apple's high-end MacBook Pro models is being extended. The high-end MacBook Pro delivery time has increased by about 3-5 weeks due to the impact of the epidemic.
