1. Gasket installation: it is best to install a 0.1mm gasket with the module and the front panel. The panel should be absolutely smooth to ensure no deformation after assembly and improve the seismic performance.

 

2. Protective film: the module installed in the finished product has a protective film on the surface of the LCD output device. If the stained surface needs to be assembled, it shall not be removed after assembly to avoid smearing or tarnishing the output surface.

 

3. Anti-static: The module is a low voltage control and drive circuit, low power consumption CMOS circuit, vulnerable to static breakdown, sometimes even up to tens or hundreds of volts of high voltage static electricity, so the operation and assembly should be careful to prevent static electricity.
