The stability of industrial LIQUID crystal display industry is mainly reflected in the use of time, anti-interference, shockproof, dustproof, waterproof and so on.

1.1 In terms of time of use, when the display forms a closed-circuit monitoring system, it usually needs to be powered on 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (while the TV tends to work for several hours a day).

1.2 The application and working environment of the display may be harsh, and the reliability and stability of the display are highly required. It can't compare with television. In this design, the current, power consumption, temperature, resistance to electrical interference, power, impact capacity, width and average time between failures of the display are much greater than the TV. Colleagues' monitors must also use fully shielded metal enclosures to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and interference.

1.3 In terms of the selection of components, it is required that the characteristics of the components used for display should be higher than those used for TV in terms of pressure resistance, current resistance, temperature resistance and humidity resistance. In the installation and debugging, especially the requirements of the whole machine components and aging process, the requirements of the display are also higher. When a TV is manufactured, the aging of the entire machine is usually about 8 hours at room temperature on the line of power, while the aging of the entire display requires the vitality of the aging of the line 24 hours in a closed environment with high temperature and high humidity. The above guarantees the stability of the whole machine.
